Where liability cannot be excluded by law, kiss711's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting kiss711's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, you are entitled to withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance subject to these Terms and applicable KYC requirements. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure or Suspension by kiss711: kiss711 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
